How do I track my order?
Upon ordering your flowers you will receive a confirmation email. Once the flowers are made and are on route you will also receive a follow up email. This will contain an estimated time of delivery. There will also be a link, this will take you to the carrier web page for your parcel, where you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order. We are unable to deliver parcels at specific times. This is because deliveries are made by our courier partners and the delivery time is often based on the route that your driver is allocated on the day.
What happens if the recipient is not home for their flowers delivery?
If no one is home, parcels are often left in a safe place. This can be with a neighbour, reception, concierge, behind a shed, gate, bin or under a sheltered area where the parcel is hidden from public view. A card will be left, specifying where the parcel has been left. Otherwise a calling card will be left at the delivery address for the recipient to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery. Do you offer same day delivery service? Yes on a selection of our range, which you will see at the time of selection.
Do you deliver flowers anywhere in the UK?
Yes, except for the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles Of Scilly and some areas of Scotland. If we can't deliver to your selected address, we will advise you of available options.
Do you deliver flowers outside of the UK?
At present, Bo-Kx only deliver within the UK. But never say never.
Do you deliver flowers to business addresses?
Yes, our couriers will deliver to business addresses. However, please note that we're not responsible for ensuring the exact recipient receives the delivery, as courier drivers may often deliver to receptions or lobbies. This also applies to hotels.
How do I track my order?

Do you deliver flowers to Hotels?
Yes, we will deliver the flowers to the reception. But please check with the hotel before sending flowers as some hotels may not accept customer deliveries. Please make sure they take on the responsibility to ensure the flower are given to the recipient.
Do you deliver flowers to Hospitals?
Yes, but please check with the hospital before sending flowers. Some hospitals do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. We are unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. Please make sure they also take on the responsibility to ensure the flowers are given to the recipient.
Will I pay extra for flowers delivery?
No. All of our prices include complimentary delivery. What you see is what you pay, no hidden charges.
How does Bo-Kx help me find the perfect flowers?
Bo-Kx are committed to helping you find the perfect bouquet easily. Our unique order process asks you 3 simple questions and will show you the flowers that match and are available to satisfy your gifting needs. These questions are: 1) Who is The Recipient?, 2) What is The Occasion? (the reason you are sending the gift) and 3) How much would you like to spend? Once you have answered these 3 questions, we do all the hard work behind the scenes and present to you the best matched bouquets. You will have the option to view and filter our entire range if needed.
When will my order be dispatched?
The majority of our orders are dispatched the night before delivery, to ensure the flowers arrive on time and are as fresh as possible.
Will you disclose my name to the recipient?
If you have not entered your name on the gift message or set up a personal video message and the recipient wants to know who sent it, we will contact you for permission to disclose it.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
In order for us to deliver flowers on time, we run to tight deadlines and it is not always possible to make changes or stop an order from going out. If you inform us 2 or more days before delivery we can make the changes to the order. If it is after 12pm on the working day before delivery then we will be unable to make any changes.
Why do I have to enter more information about my ID in the checkout?
Due to new laws coming in to place, Bo-Kx have added stronger authentication for card payments when playing orders.
What is PSD2?
The EU Payments Services Directive (PSD2) is a series of new laws aimed at improving the rights of consumers based in the European Union and enhancing online security. The rules are designed to provide better protection to consumers when they pay online. The directive requires eCommerce companies to have Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) in place.
How do I know my order has been processed successfully?
Once you've placed your order, you'll be redirected to our order confirmation page. This will show your order number at the top, should you need to refer back to it. You'll also be sent an order confirmation email with all relevant information relating to your order. It should look a little like the below. Please allow up to 30 minutes after placing your order for this email to be sent, as there can sometimes be a slight delay. What happened if you are unable to send the item I ordered? If we run unexpectedly out of stock of the product that you ordered, we'll contact you to offer an alternative product, an alternative delivery day or the option to cancel your order. If we're unable to contact you with regards to the stock shortage, we may send out a similar product to the same value or higher as your original order. This is the case especially for time-sensitive occasions such as Birthdays or Anniversaries, where we prefer to send out a similar alternative, as opposed to your recipient being left without a gift!
What if my card expires?
If you have automated your flowers each year and your card expires, your subscription will be paused and no further deliveries will be made. If you need to update your card details, get in contact with us and one of our customer service agents will advise on how this can be done. Alternatively, you will be sent a reminder email 10 days before the event. You can update your card details upon receipt of the email and you will have 3 days to make the update. Then payment can successfully be taken 7 days prior to delivery.
What is Personalised Video Message?
Bo-Kx are the world’s first florist to offer a free-of-charge personalised video message service. Now you can create the perfect heartfelt message, get creative and express yourself, or upload anything you want to hit the spot.
How do I record my video message?
Once you have placed your order, follow the instructions on the order confirmation page. You will be able to capture your video directly from your phone, tablet or computer. And do not worry, your video can be re-recorded as many times as needed, until you perfect it.
How will the recipient view my video?
Once you have captured your video creation, the lucky recipient will receive a unique QR code and link at the same time as your flowers, and instantly view your video greeting on any device. They won’t know what’s hit them.
Can the recipient record a video response?
Once the recipient has watched your video, they are able to record their reply to show off the stylish flowers and give you the heartfelt thank you truly deserve for your lovely gesture.
Is it completely free of charge?
Yes. Bo-Kx believe in making the world a better place by improving connections, one person at a time. As a result, the price you see for your flowers, includes the personalised video message.
How are your Bouquets Packaged?
Bo-Kx flowers are carefully arranged by hand, wrapped tastefully and tied with our signature black ribbon. Before delivery they are carefully placed into our designer box to ensure they are protected while en-route.
The outside of my roses are discoloured?
The outer petals protect the rose bud on its journey from the grower to your door. You can remove them upon receipt of your flowers.
Why have my lilies been delivered closed?
Our lilies are sent in bud to ensure that they are protected during transit and this will help them to last longer. They will bloom within 2-3 days.
Caring for Lilies?
Lily pollen can stain, so as they open you should continue to remove the anthers (the orange tips).
Caring for Hydrangeas?
Hydrangeas require lots of fresh water. Ensure that there is no foliage below the water line when the flowers are in the vase. Cut the bottom of the stem at a diagonal to allow more water to travel up to the bloom and drink. Cutting at a diagonal will ensure the bottom of stem does not rest on the bottom of the vase, and so the flower can take up more water. Their blooms also drink as well, so spray them with a bottle of fresh water.
